In close coordination, Dennis Schröder hands over responsibilities to Samuel Deichmann, strengthening the strategic development of the company’s European core markets.
Cologne, March 23, 2026 – Samuel Deichmann assumes leadership of SNIPES Europe and will be responsible for the strategic development of the company across all European markets. He succeeds Dennis Schröder, who, following the completion of key transformation milestones, will transition into an advisory role and support the handover until the end of the year.
With the transfer of responsibility to Samuel Deichmann, the company is placing a stronger focus on the implementation of the strategy primarily developed under Schröder’s leadership and is establishing clear accountability for the next phase of development in Europe. Deichmann has held various leadership roles within the company for several years and has provided key impulses in the development of central business areas.
In his new role, he will further sharpen SNIPES’ positioning in the European markets, drive the expansion of the omnichannel business, and intensify collaboration with global brand partners. In addition, he will be responsible for continuing the transformation initiatives launched in recent years.

Dennis Schröder assumed responsibility for the European business in 2023 and led SNIPES through a phase of comprehensive organizational restructuring, which he is now successfully concluding. Under his leadership, structures were modernized, strategic processes realigned, and the brand’s market positioning further sharpened. Schröder is leaving the company of his own accord. The transition follows a clearly coordinated path.
