Inspired by hip-hop, streetball, dance, and action sports, the opening of the first SNIPES store in 1998 laid the foundation for a movement that now connects young people around the world.
In line with the outfitter principle, the SNIPES online store and over 750 SNIPES outlets in Europe and the USA offer up-to-the-minute streetwear pieces and sneakers alongside the classic timeless looks of brands such as adidas, Nike, New Balance, Karl Kani, K1X, Zoo York and Southpole.
What really sets our range apart are our own SNIPES collections and successful collaborations with other streetwear brands plus exclusive sneaker models. What’s more, SNIPES has remained true to its deep roots in the global street culture community, working closely with key figures from the scene, and supports talented athletes and creative artists.

SNIPES Opening in Barcelona w/ French Montana
At SNIPES we celebrate our store openings and bring international stars to our community. A highlight of our numerous openings was the Meet & Greet with rapper French Montana at the opening of a store in Barcelona.
SNIPES x WOO HAH! Festival
One of the numerous events that SNIPES accompanies is the WOO HAH! Festival in the Netherlands. Top artists like Stormzy, G-Eazy and Gucci Mane created a great atmosphere on the SNIPES Stage.
SNIPES goes Italy
SNIPES enters the Italian market for the first time.
SNIPES goes Netherlands & Spain
After the successful expansion in the DACH region, SNIPES starts expanding in other European countries.
SNIPES x Openair Frauenfeld
The Openair Frauenfeld is the largest hip-hop festival in Europe and brings artists like ASAP Rocky, Kendrick Lamar and Eminem to German-speaking Switzerland. SNIPES has been a regular partner since 2014.

At SNIPES we are not just a team, but a family – and we want to celebrate that. Every year we celebrate our successes together at our legendary SNIPES Family Party.

Opening of the very first SNIPES store in Essen, Germany
Sven Voth, Founder of SNIPES, founds the company and opens the first store in Essen on April 4th, 1998. Today, SNIPES has over 750 stores in Europe and the USA, making it one of the most relevant sneaker and streetwear retailers worldwide.
SNIPES Dreamteam
The snipes dreamteam includes talents and clubs in the fields of dance, basketball, urban sports, and music. The members act as brand ambassadors and at the same time support the street culture community in their own way. SNIPES works with the various members of the dream team in different ways: from outfitting the members to involving the dreamteam in various campaigns – snipes acts as an enabler to grow together and create unifying moments with the dreamteam members. Each member is a valued part of the SNIPES family.
MAJID KESSAB
Majid is a German dancer and actor. He won some of the most renown international dance battles, leads his own dance centre and in 2021, he landed a lead role in the movie „fly“.
SANTA SALUT
Santa Salut is a Catalonian singer and rapper. Her music is rooted in empowerment, love and anti-capitalism.
DARREN&WILLIS
Darren and Willis are a French dance-duo and siblings. They mainly dance Afro, House, Jazz and Hip-Hop.
PRINCESS TCHOZN
Princess Tchozn is a Polish dancer and long-term member of the SNIPES Dreamteam. Her main styles are Hip-Hop and Krump – she is the reigning EBS Krump Junior World Champion.
PARIS BASKETBALL
Paris Basketball is a French club, currently playing in the LNB first division. The club was founded in 2018 by sports executive and former Minnesota Timberwolves GM David Kahn together with Eric Schwartz and advanced to the First French Feague in 2021.
